WYLUG
The West Yorkshire Linux User Group (founded 1997) is a group of people who use or are interested in GNU Linux and Open Source software. It aims to offer informal help and guidance to GNU Linux and Open Source software users through events, meetings, email lists and of course its website.
SHEFLUG
The Sheffield Linux User Group was set up in 1999 to help to promote GNU/Linux and BSD software and to assist those people who are interested in related issues through meetings and email.
SLUGBUG
SLUGBUG — The South Yorkshire GNU/Linux Users Group and BSD Users Group.
MANLUG
Manchester Linux User Group has a spartan website with a history of its meetings going back to 1994.
YLUG
The York Linux User Group is a group of Linux enthusiasts from York and the surrounding area. The LUG is geographically based around the University of York, but is open to everyone, and the membership includes a good proportion of non-university people. There is a wide range of levels of expertise and experience in the LUG and new members are always welcome.
Scarborough LUG
The Scarborough Linux User Group was formed in April 2001 to act as a forum for Linux and Open Source activity in the Scarborough area. We offer a lively mailing list and regular on-line and offline meetings to cater for discussion of our favourate operating system.
SCUNDOG
SCUNDOG (SCUNthorpe & DOncaster Group of Linux People) is community of Linux users spanning South Yorkshire & North Lincs who wish to promote and help the use of Linux for home, educational & business use.
Hull LUG
The purpose of the Hull LUG is to provide a local focus for everybody interested in the phenomenon called Linux. The Hull LUG meets every 1st Tuesday of the Month at the Three John Scotts Pub (the old post office) in the centre of Hull
Howden Clough and Birstall LUG
The Howden Clough and Birstall LUG meets on the last Wednesday of each month. The HC & B LUG uses an emphatically small linux distribution.
Golcarlug
The Golcarlug meets on the third Wednesday of each month. They meet at the at the The Drop Buy Sycamore Avenue Golcar at 7pm till 10pm.
